Refund policy

Cancellations will be accepted and refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the camp start date minus an administration fee of $25. After that time and up until the start date of camp, refunds will only be issued (minus the administration fee of $25) upon receipt of a doctor's report. If injuries occur during the time of the camp a pro-rated credit will be issued (minus the administration fee of $25). This credit can be used towards a comparable future camp.
