Elite Competition and Tournament Hockey Camp!

August 9-13, 2010 at Archie Browning Arena, Esquimalt. For Ages 9 - 17

Daily competition will be fun and intense leading up to the Friday Tournament day.

Develop your skills in the morning and compete in games for the afternoon. This week long camp will consist of 2 - 1.5 hr. on-ice sessions a day with off-ice activities. Players will be placed in age and skill correlated mini teams and will compete against equal calibre teams.

Themed, skill-specific morning sessions will include power skating instruction, plus shooting, passing, stickhandling and checking clinics. Improve your speed and agility, shot, finesse and puck control. Specialized goalie training is available (see below)!

Afternoon competitions will consist of games in scrimmage formation and mini games.

Cost: $350+hst=$392

Young Guns Group Schedule
Check in: 8:30
First ice time: 9-10:30
Lunch and off-ice activities: 10:45-11:40
Second ice time: 12:00-1:30

Intermediate Group Schedule
Check in: 10:00
First ice time: 10:30-12:00
Hockey class, lunch, and high impact workout (optional): 12:15-1:00
Second ice time: 1:30-3:00
Check out: 3:00-3:30
